The Every Day
Method

Stop shrinking your life to fit a diet. Let's make your life BIGGER

You've tried the strict meal plans, the all or nothing way of eating, the free YouTube workouts, the Instagram posts - the saved recipes and protein guides and it's left you feeling confused, overwhelmed and stuck.

When life gets busy - work, hormones, stress, family, it all falls apart.

Here's the truth: you don't need a new plan. You need a new relationship with fitness and nutrition.

The Everyday Method is designed for real life. Your real life - with all its chaos, responsibilities and change.

A sustainable approach you can actually stick with - even when life isn't calm, because when actually is it?

The Everyday Method is a foundation for building a lifestyle that lasts!

If you’re a woman navigating perimenopause and feeling exhausted by fitness and food rules, this is for you...

This is for you if…

Untitled design-6_edited_edited.png

You've been here before:

  • You've tried the gym before - walked around not really knowing what to do, or followed programs that didn't stick

  • You're not starting from zero, you know basic movements in the gym

  • You've started programs multiple times... and quit multiple times

  • The cycle is exhausting

Your relationship with fitness is broken:

  • You use fitness as punishment for 'being bad' with food

  • You think you need to suffer to see results (restriction +  fitness = success, right?)

  • 90s diet culture shaped how you see your body, movement and what you eat

  • You want to fall in love with movement - but you don't know how when it's always felt like punishment

Perimenopause is making everything harder:

  • Your energy crashes by lunchtime

  • Your body feels different and you don't recognise yourself

  • Hormones, sleep, stress - it's all colliding

  • What used to work just doesn't do anything anymore

You're done with all or nothing:

  • You're tired of giving up when life gets messy

  • You want a sustainable approach you can live with - not something you can just get through for a few weeks and then give up

  • You're ready to stop using fitness and nutrition as punishment and start using them as support

You're willing to show up:

  • Even when life is busy, messy or uncomfortable

  • Even when you're not motivated

  • You're open to reflection, learning and unlearning (not just being told what to do)

  • You understand this requires participation - not perfection, but real engagement

  • You want strict rules, rigid meal plans or quick fixes

  • You're waiting for the 'perfect' time to start - because when is life ever perfect?

Redefining fitness on your terms

Most women believe fitness only works when life is calm.

But life never stays calm - work deadlines, hormones, kids, fatigue, parents getting older, overwhelm, perimenopause… it all collides.

If your days feel more like surviving, juggling coffee, grabbing the 3pm chocolate hit, hot flushes, low energy, and endless to do lists, you're not alone.

So you start… and stop… and start again every time life gets messy.

Here's what actually works: showing up imperfectly, consistently and moving in ways that energise you - that fit around your life, not the other way around.

You didn't fail. The things you tried, failed you!

But here's the thing - this is NOT for everyone:

This is NOT for you if:

  • You're waiting for the 'perfect' time to start (spoiler: life is never perfect)

  • You want strict rules, rigid meal plans or quick fixes

  • You need someone to chase you, remind you, or convince you to show up

  • You're looking to be told exactly what to do without having to think or reflect

  • You expect results without actually participating and engaging with the process

  • You're not willing to invest in yourself right now - both financially and with your time

This IS for you if:

  • You're ready to start NOW - even when life is messy, busy, or uncomfortable

  • You'll show up even when you're not motivated (because motivation is unreliable)

  • You're open to reflection, learning, and unlearning old patterns

  • You understand this requires real participation - not perfection, but genuine engagement

  • You want to build something sustainable that lasts, not another quick fix

  • You're done making excuses and ready to do the work (imperfectly)

You're capable of MORE than you think. The Every Day Method helps you get there - sustainably.

Why do I do this..

I was terrified of eating more. I didn't understand what 'enough' actually looked like.

My life got smaller the more I focused solely on weight.

I skipped meals so I could enjoy a night out. I wouldn't let myself finish eggs on toast after a run - convinced myself it was 'too much'

Health isn't something measured by the scales or by taking away from life.

It should come from a place of kindness to yourself. A place where you can actually LIVE day by day - not just survive a 'diet' until you go back to what you enjoyed before.

I've done the extremes. Been burnt out. Punished myself. Tracked every detail of food.

And now?

I'm calm. I enjoy my life more than ever. I don't fear a meal out because 'I'm on a diet'. That's what I want for you.

This is why I love my job - helping women find balance and fall in love with their journey without losing their whole life.

That's why it's The Everyday Method.

I want to see you change your life. Look at everything differently. Achieve things you never thought possible.

Why hold yourself back just for the scales?

Go run that park run you've been too scared to try. Go to the gym and lift that weight. Find health and happiness on ONE journey - not two separate, conflicting ones.

This is about finding a YOU that lets you:

  • Live

  • Move well

  • Do this day in and day out

  • Feel confident in yourself again

Not just for 12 weeks. For life.

My Story...

Untitled design-6_edited_edited.png

12 weeks. Real coaching. Real support. Real results.

This isn’t another programme you follow alone and then abandon when life gets hard.

It’s a structured 12 week foundation designed to give you clarity, skills and confidence.

No guilt. No extremes. No more 'giving up'

The 12 weeks set you up to continue your journey.

Here's what you get:

1

The Nourished Plate Method

You don't need an overhaul. You don't need 50 new recipes. You don't need to eat completely differently than you do now.

You do need to look at what you're ALREADY eating and make small, sustainable tweaks.

Forget calorie counting and restrictive meal plans. Learn how to fuel your body properly for perimenopause - not starve it.

No meal plans. No cutting out foods. Just principles you can apply to YOUR food, YOUR life, YOUR routine - so you can eat without guilt or fear.

2

Structured Workout Plan

Programming designed for your body, your goals, and your schedule.

Whether you have 20 minutes or an hour, you’ll build real strength that makes everyday life easier - with a focus on strength, cardio and mobility.

You choose what fits YOUR week.

You should be comfortable with basic movements like squats, presses, rows and lunges.

3

The Imperfect Week

Life happens - kids get sick, work gets busy, you’re tired.

We plan for it.

Learn how to structure your week around what you can realistically manage - not what some Instagram coach says you 'should' do.

You’ll discover how to adapt when life gets chaotic, without abandoning yourself entirely.

4

Group Coaching Calls

Every fortnight, we meet live.

This is where the real coaching happens - troubleshooting your obstacles, celebrating your wins, holding you accountable, and pushing you to try things that scare you a little. (Calls are around lunchtime and recorded if you can't make it live) - but showing up matters.

5

Private Community (WhatsApp)

A space for accountability, support, and connection with other women on the same journey.

Share your wins, ask questions, get encouragement when motivation dips.

6

Monthly 1:1 Check-ins (15 minutes)

Personalised troubleshooting for your specific challenges. The group provides the structure and community - these check-ins ensure you're getting individualised support to keep you going!

Choose your level of support

Untitled design-6_edited_edited.png

Whether you’re looking for 1:1 coaching to kickstart your progress, or ongoing support to maintain results, the Every Day Method meets you where you are - helping you make real, sustainable changes that fit your life.

Your journey

Untitled design-6_edited_edited.png

Phase1: Foundation & Awareness

We start with YOUR values, YOUR life, YOUR realistic baseline. Not what you "should" do - what you can actually sustain. This is where we build your Imperfect Week.

Phase 2: Implementation & Skill Building

This is where the real work happens. When life gets messy and you want to quit - I help you adapt instead of abandon. We troubleshoot the actual barriers, not just give you more to do.

Phase 3: Refinement & Sustainability

We make this your new normal. So when the program ends, you don't start over. You keep going - because you've built something you actually enjoy.

Phase 4: Expansion & Bigger Goals

Now you focus on your bigger goals - whether it’s a pull-up, a personal best on a deadlift, running a race, or climbing a mountain. This phase is about growth, mastery, and long-term support, with ongoing guidance to help you achieve what once felt out of reach.

We're not doing another program you complete and quit. We're building skills, habits, and trust in yourself that go far beyond 12 weeks.

What happens in 12 weeks:

  • You build your foundation (values, Imperfect Week, sustainable habits)

  • You learn to adapt instead of abandon when life gets messy

  • You redefine what fitness and nutrition mean to YOU

What happens after 12 weeks:

  • You keep going (because you've built something you enjoy)

  • Option to continue in the alumni community

  • Option for ongoing 1:1 support

  • Or fly solo with the skills you've built

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up imperfectly, consistently, and learning to trust yourself again. 12 weeks are just the beginning, not the finish line!

Amelia

Before starting with Em, I was struggling with doing all the work and seeing no progress.. I was eating healthy, reading all the books, following Youtube videos, working so hard and nothing was changing.  Now I have so much  more energy and stamina and can handle what life throws at me.

If you're struggling through peri menopause and your fitness / nutrition goals feel out of reach, get in touch with Em... She has quite literally changed my life for the better and those around me can see it!

Amee

Emily has an amazing amount of patience and understanding.  Emily has helped me develop a much healthier relationship with the scales, as this was a huge emotional trigger for me.

There has never been an expectation to make everything perfect, never an expectation to go on 'a diet' or to eat certain foods or cut anything out.

Esmay

I feel like I'm trying to reclaim my brain from 90s diet culture!

I've got so used to ignoring my hunger cues, it didn't occur to me I could actually eat real food for lunch.

So now I actually eat, instead of trying to ignore it (and convincing myself I wasn't actually hungry).
