I created the Every Day Method after years of coaching women through midlife and in the midst of navigating peri-menopause myself.
I saw how diet culture, confusing fitness advice, and unrealistic plans have left so many women feeling stuck, frustrated and disconnected from who they actually are and what they want in life!
I knew there had to be a better way - one that removed the pressure and perfection, whilst stripping away the confusion.
I aim to help women have energy and feel alive again, whilst forgetting perfection and building a lifestyle on YOUR terms!
